Two-layer composite pipe Type "BL"

This type of pipe is specially designed for those who wish to obtain a quality pipe from virgin material at a reasonable price. T&T BL pipe is a two-layer composition, where the inner layer, which is in direct contact with water, is made of VIRGIN low density polyethylene, while the outer layer is a composition of low and high density polyethylene regranulate of our own production. These pipes represent an optimal PRICE-QUALITY ratio, as a compromise between a pipe made of virgin material and numerous counterfeits from recycled materials presented under the guise of a DRINKING pipe on the market.

Pipes are manufactured according to TU U B V.2.5 - 25.2 - 35559629-001: 2011 and meet the requirements of DSTU EN 12201-2: 2018.

What is the difference between different types of HDPE pipes of your production?

in pipes of the T&T Eco economy series, manufactured according to TU U B V.2.5 - 25.2 - 35559629-001: 2011, the use of HDPE regranulate of our own production is allowed, while in pipes of the Blue Aqua and Green Aqua type, only primary material in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN 12201-2: 2018.

How are your pipes different from competitors' pipes?

Even the budget series of pipes "T&T Eco", manufactured according to TU TU U B V.2.5 - 25.2 - 35559629-001: 2011, has a real certificate of conformity and a guarantee for use from the manufacturer. Also, in the process of its production, only REGANULATE HDPE of own production is used, i.e. we control the quality of even secondary raw materials. Pipes of the Blue Aqua and Green Aqua series are generally manufactured EXCLUSIVELY from primary material in accordance with DSTU EN 12201-2: 2018.

Why are your pipes less elastic and less glossy than those of your competitors?

There is a simple and unambiguous answer to this question: for the production of low pressure polyethylene pipes (HDPE), we use exclusively LOW PRESSURE POLYETHYLENE of the PE-100 brand, i.e. exactly the material that is regulated by regulatory documents. All high wall pipes, whether soft, resilient, glossy or shiny, are pipes manufactured at best from high pressure polyethylene (LDPE) or low grade recycled material.

Are the markings on your pipe erased?

All HDPE pipes of our production are laser-marked to exclude any abrasion.
