Polypropylene pipe reinforced with aluminum T&T PN25

Pipes are used in systems for drinking and household - drinking purposes, hot water supply, heating, as well as process pipelines transporting liquids that are not aggressive to the materials of pipes and fittings.

In the production of this type of pipes, a tube is first made of foil, the seam of which is welded by ultrasonic welding, an adhesive (glue) is evenly applied to the entire surface of the pipe inside and outside in molten form, and only then a thin inner and thicker outer layer of polypropylene. Only one such tube made of foil with an ultrasonically welded seam is able to withstand a sufficiently high pressure, and together with two polypropylene layers, such pipes successfully compete with other types of pipes. The probability of delamination of such a multilayer structure is practically excluded. The advantages of such pipes are a low coefficient of thermal expansion, complete oxygen impermeability and a large inner diameter, which allows, under certain conditions, to save on fittings.

What is the difference between T&T Premium series pipe and KrasPipe pipe?
in the KrasPipe pipe, manufactured according to TU U B V.2.7 - 29.2 - 35559629-001: 2012, the use of PPR regranulate of our own production is allowed, while in the T&T Premiun pipe it is allowed to use only primary material.

Why is the pipe badly soldered?
The quality of the braze depends solely on the quality of the raw materials, the compatibility of the fitting and the pipe, and compliance with the installation requirements. Only if all of the above conditions are met, you will receive a high-quality connection without constrictions and leaks. As a manufacturer, we guarantee that the outer layer of our pipe (of any series) is made of virgin polypropylene with a flowability of 0.17-0.45, which fully complies with the requirements of all Standards for polypropylene pipes. An increase in this indicator indicates the low quality of the raw materials used, additives of homoplimers or ordinary chalk.

How to distinguish glass-filled polypropylene from ordinary painted PN pipes?

Under normal conditions, you can check by weight - the weight of the glass-filled PPR should be higher than the standard somewhere within 5% for the same wall thickness. The color of the marking strip, the color of the pipe layers - whether it has any meaning or functional content.
In our opinion, the more natural the color, the less likely it is that recycled material or some other additive has been added to the pipe. The natural color of polypropylene is transparent and it is difficult to dilute it with something in order to preserve it. Therefore, in our opinion, if you want to minimize the risks of counterfeiting, choose a natural color. There is no need to purchase blue, red, orange tubes.
