Thermal insulation T&T Tube Flex made of chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam type PE-Xb is used for effective insulation of steel, copper and plastic pipes in hot and cold water supply, heating, air conditioning, sewage, ventilation and refrigeration systems. Insulation of pipes for cold water supply, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment prevents condensation and corrosion, while insulation of pipes for hot water supply and heating reduces heat losses by 80%, while unpleasant sound vibrations and vibrations in water supply pipes are absorbed during pressure drops, which is important in living conditions. It is suitable both for insulating new, installed pipelines, and for strengthening the insulation of existing, operated facilities.
Protective layer EVA / LLDPE - has excellent adhesion to the pipe of the main layer (PE-X) and is designed to protect the main insulating pipe from mechanical damage and UV radiation. In addition, red and blue colors simplify the process of installation and identification of water supply and heating lines. The inner white layer indicates that only primary materials are used in the production process without the addition of secondary impurities and concentrates.
